I'm wondering because I'm running into an issue with this. I know to keep my developed film in a cool, dry place, but I'm wndering if there might be any special containers (wheteher they be those little $15 lock boxes or just some sort of film canister). I want to keep all my film together where I can keep rack of it because right now it's just kicking around all over my dorm room and I've already lost one developed roll of K40 (fortunately it had very little of interest on it). Does anybody have any suggestions?

Oh yes, one other thing, ay my parents house I have one of those fireproof lock boxes that people use to keep their SS cards and birth ceritficates and stuff like that in to protect it from fire. I don't have much use for it right now, would that be an effective place to keep it?

I have a few of those metal storage racks. I put my S8 onto 400'-800' reels before they get Xfered. The S16/35 I leave in the Lab boxes. Then when they come back I put the camera reports on the outside of the cans/boxes and put them on the rack. There is a Tape rack and a Film rack. It keeps things pretty straight. S8 tends to give me more of a problem because I will let it build up before I consolidate it onto bigger reels and send it off for Xfer.

    Good Luck
